In preparation for a new release from Videograss this fall (snowboarding rejoices), Slush the Magazine has been dropping favorite parts from VG classics. Recently they posted Louif Paradis' opener from 2011's Shoot the Moon.
Watching Louif's parts never gets old. The measure of technicality and beauty that Louif brings to every trick is just as impactful over ten years later. The transfer ender, in particular, was a mind exploder when Shoot the Moon came out. There are many aspects of snowboarding that have been and continue to be influenced by Louif's riding and this transfer was a catalyst in opening up the floodgates for what is a staple type of trick in street parts today.
