One of the most core snowboard brands turns 30 years old this season, and the team is celebrating with a four-day event at Mammoth Mountain.

ThirtyTwo will host its 30-year anniversary celebration from January 8 through 11, 2025. The four days will feature riding, park laps, a mini pipe, and a bonfire during a Yodler Hike Park session. That session features custom-built features from Mammoth’s park crew.

“ThirtyTwo has spent the last three decades committed to steel, park and pow—with no end in sight,” the press release states. “Supporting local shops has always been part of ThirtyTwo’s DNA, and Mammoth is no exception. While you’re here, swing by Wave Rave to check out the latest ThirtyTwo boots, outerwear and accessories.”

Team riders Pat Fava, Scott Stevens, Austin Visintainer, and Phil Hansen will be on hand, and some special guests have been teased, as well.

Here’s the schedule for the entire weekend:

  • Wednesday, January 8th:
    • The ThirtyTwo Team will be rallying at the main park as well as the rest of Mammoth Mountain.
  • Thursday, January 9th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.:
    • Hot Laps with 32 Team in South Park. Ride the lift with your favorite ThirtyTwo Pro!
  • Friday, January 10th:
    • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – 32 minipipe session – Forest Trail
    • 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Yodler Hike Park Session & Bonfire
  • Saturday, January 11th:
    • Noon – Saturday is stacked. Kick things off with the T32M demo at Main Lodge, then head to Canyon Lodge for a little après action with the ThirtyTwo crew. See you there!

Mammoth Mountain is no stranger to the ThirtyTwo crew. About once a season, the whole squad is brought out to California for some Unbound Park laps that eventually make their way into the annual ThirtyTwo Spot Check edit. Desiree Melancon, Toni Kerkela, Stefi Luxton, and the Fava brothers all made it out last season.

If you reside on the east coast, and can’t make it out to the Golden State for this event but still want to get involved in a community ride event, head up to Loon Mountain Resort in New Hampshire on January 4, 2025. Chris Grenier and his crew are hosting The Bomb Hole Beat Down rail jam. The event is for all ability levels, from pro, to grom, to beginner.

Advanced riders will have the opportunity to compete for cash. Here’s the schedule for that:
